Return Policy

We dedicated ourselves to all levels of production, from manufacturing the fabrics to packaging, so that you and your customers can love your choices! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, here is how you can apply for returns and exchanges. However, please note that: All orders come with a 48 hour inspection allowance for damage or discrepancies only. After 48 hours of delivery or receipt of goods all sales become final.

What items are returnable?

• Defective or dismatch products due to our error

What items are non-refundable?

• Free gifts or promotional items
• Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• An item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery
• What if my products are defective or dismatching?

If the item you have ordered is damaged, contact us immediately upon receipt via e-mail. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available in stock, a merchandise credit less shipping cost will be issued for use on a future purchase.
All merchandise returns are handled on a case by case basis and must be submitted in writing and be approved by management. In the event of a merchandise return, Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges plus a 30% restocking fee, which is non-refundable. By placing an order with URUE.com via phone, email, or website you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our Specific Terms of a Merchandise Return

We will authorize your credit card at the time you complete the checkout process on our web site.

• All returns must be reported via written e-mail to E-Fashion Wholesale within 2 days of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.
• Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the return carrier for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
• Pick up/call tag service is not available for return merchandise.
• All returns subject to a 30% restocking fee, which is assessed to the value of the product.

Return Procedures

1. Please contact sales@urue.com within 2 days of delivery.
2. Please take photos of the products, showcasing where the defects are. Please include these photos in your return application email for us to reivew.
3. Please allow up to five (5) business days for us to process your return.
4. Once your return request is approved, please send returns to us insured for the full purchase value using a traceable shipping method such as UPS. Merchandise should be carefully packaged to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with a note included about the merchandise. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit or refund for the amount paid for the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.

NOTE: URUE.com is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

• We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
• Any item that we suspect of being used will be refused and returned.
• Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
• We do not issue refunds on the shipping cost initiated through the return of merchandise.
